All orders are processed and shipped out on Tuesday and Thursday with next-day air delivery. Any orders placed after 12:00pm CST on Tuesday’s will ship on Thursday. Any orders placed after 12:00pm CST on Thursday’s will ship the following Tuesday. 

49th Fresh will always stand behind our seafood and we do our best to ensure the product arrives to you in the highest quality possible. This is why we do not ship for home delivery over the weekend. Customers will receive a tracking number and will be notified when their product is shipped and when it has been delivered. We do not require signature confirmation upon delivery so we suggest planning on being available or making arrangements for the product to be received and placed in the freezer as soon as possible. There will be some thawing during transit. However, because we ship to areas with warmer climates, we do not warrantee goods that have been left outside for more than 1 hour after delivery confirmation.
